At the beginning of the speech, Demi shared her study, work and pioneering experience with the students.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Suzhou University, Demi chose to pursue further studies after working in the Administration Department of a foreign company called AREVA for 2 years, and went to the University of Queensland in Australia for Master of Commerce.
After working for ALSTOM's general manager and doing some work related to human resources, she jumped out of the manufacturing industry to choose the film and television culture industry, began with the film and television investment projects link-up, and then became one of the founders of the cultural media company. The overseas study experience really brought more opportunities to Demi.
During the Shanghai International Film Festival, Demi not only cooperated with partners to host AACTA China-Australia movie exchange dinner, the China-India Film and Television Roundtable Exchange Forum and the Hollywood-level post-production international master class, but also worked for free to plan and execute large-scale themed events for the returnees.
Demi is currently responsible for the advertising documentary link-up and new project planning in the company. Three years’ experience with the crew has given her the ability to manage the production of the crew, and also in the writing of the novel.

As one with experience in studying abroad, Demi made many suggestions for the students of our program on “How to successfully complete their own studies” and “How to plan their future careers”.
Demi also analyzed the current domestic employment policy and the current frontier areas, helping students with their major and future career choices.
In addition, Demi, who has many years of experience in human resources, has provided many suggestions to my students in terms of their work experience, including accumulating their professional knowledge during university study, how to participate in more meaningful social activities, and how to make themselves more attractive to HR and so on.
